About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Expert with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns, primarily for lead generation.

Around 70% of this role will involve practical Google Ads execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

*Google Ads – Must Have
Hands-on experience with Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube Ads.
Robust keyword research, search intent & negative keyword management
Campaign and ad-group structuring
Ad copy creation and testing
Bid & budget optimization
Search Terms & Impression Share analysis
Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA & ROAS
Campaign scaling and performance troubleshooting
Lead quality and conversion optimization

Tracking & Analytics:
Practical knowledge of GA4 & Google Tag Manager
Google Ads conversion tracking
Website/form lead tracking
UTM tracking
Excel / Google Sheets
Campaign performance reporting

What You'll Do:
Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly
Identify and fix performance issues
Reduce irrelevant traffic and improve lead quality
Optimize keywords, bids, budgets and targeting




Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Coordinate with creative, website and sales teams

Preferred:
Google Ads Certification
B2B & high-ticket lead generation experience
Multiple client account experience
Basic Meta Ads knowledge
CRM integration & lead tracking experience
Looker Studio knowledge

Practical Expertise Expected:

You should be able to independently handle situations such as:
High CPL / CPA
Low-quality leads
High clicks but low conversions
Sudden performance drops
Low Impression Share
Tracking/conversion discrepancies
Performance drops after budget increases

We are looking for someone who can analyse the problem, identify the cause and implement the right solution — not just someone with theoretical knowledge.
