Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused CRM Manager / Executive to manage client relationships, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain and update customer database (CRM system)
Register and track new leads
Coordinate and schedule client meetings & site visits
Follow up with clients on project status and updates
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads and conversions
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions




Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
0–3 years of experience in CRM / customer handling / sales coordination
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
Good follow-up and coordination ability
Customer-friendly and professional attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
