Set up and operate CNC machines for wooden door processing.
Lock body cut-outs
Lock face plate routing
Hinge recesses (hinge mortising)
Handle, latch, and hardware cut-outs as per drawings.
Read and interpret technical drawings and production job cards.
Set machine parameters, tools, and programs to achieve accurate machining.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished doors.
Perform routine machine maintenance and tool replacement.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines in the woodworking or door manufacturing industry.
Experience with CNC routers used for wooden doors is preferred.
Knowledge of tooling, machine setting, offsets, and calibration.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand hardware specifications.
Basic troubleshooting skills and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
