Job Summary

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, improving operational efficiency, implementing business strategies, managing teams, and ensuring that organizational goals are achieved. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial awareness, and excellent decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee daily business operations across departments.
Establish processes, policies, KPIs, and performance standards.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead, motivate, and develop senior management and operational teams.
Work closely with the CEO/MD on business planning and growth initiatives.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
Ensure productive utilization of manpower, technology, and other resources.
Monitor sales, customer service, production/service delivery, and support functions as applicable.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures.
Drive process automation, cost optimization, and productivity improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to the CEO/Board.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
10–15+ years of progressive management experience.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
