We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and responsible person to manage our orders from the moment they come in until they reach the customer.
What You’ll Do
Monitor incoming orders across website, WhatsApp and other platforms
Process orders accurately and generate bills using BillBook
Coordinate with the bakery/production team for order readiness
Assign orders to riders and coordinate timely pickups
Track deliveries and ensure orders reach customers on time
Coordinate with riders and customers regarding delivery updates or delays
Handle urgent orders and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
Maintain accurate order and dispatch records
Ensure smooth day-to-day dispatch operations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in order processing, logistics, dispatch
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
