Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee our Civil Works projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Works, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Auto level taken.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity on the construction site.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, reports,



and documentation.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Works, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of Civil Works processes, materials, and equipment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in construction.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
