Job Title: Assistant Spa Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and service-oriented Assistant Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance guest experience, support business growth, and manage team performance in a premium day spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day spa operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
Drive revenue through service sales, memberships, and retail products
Supervise therapists and front office team to maintain service excellence
Handle guest appointments, feedback, and complaint resolution professionally
Monitor outlet performance, inventory, and operational reports
Ensure hygiene, SOPs, and brand standards are consistently maintained




Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of spa team members
Build robust customer relationships and repeat business

Requirements:
Experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Hospitality industry preferred
Positive communication and customer handling skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented approach
Team management and leadership abilities
Versatile to work in shifts

Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: 20K–30K (Based on Experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
