The Operations Manager for food park will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation, administration, facility management, infrastructure coordination, safety, hygiene, utilities, tenant coordination and operational performance of the Food Park.
The position will ensure that all facilities and common infrastructure operate safely, efficiently and continuously while maintaining statutory compliance, service quality and cost control.
The preferred candidate should be a robust operational leader capable of independently managing a large Food Park, including its common infrastructure, utilities, maintenance teams, tenants, contractors, safety systems and statutory requirements.
The candidate must demonstrate solid hands-on operational capability, leadership, communication, problem-solving and cost-control skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
