Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives for the Kotak Outbound Sales Process in Thane West.

The role involves outbound calling and sales of banking/financial products. Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales workplace.

Eligibility
Freshers: ₹15,000 in-hand
Experienced Candidates: Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory
Candidates with less than 6 months of experience will be considered as Freshers
Basic/Average English communication required
Immediate joiners only
Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible
Candidates should not plan to take long leaves for the next 6 months

Salary
Fresher: ₹15,000 in-hand
Experienced: ₹20,800 in-hand (No CTC)
With PF:



₹18,000 in-hand | ₹22,000 CTC

Work Details
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed)
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Location: Balkum, Dhokali Naka, Thane West
Facility: Free Pick & Drop from Thane Station
