Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, cold beverages, and other menu items as per NBC recipes and quality standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and beverage quality.
Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, equipment, and work area.
Handle billing/POS transactions and maintain accurate order records.
Check stock levels and support inventory management and replenishment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Support opening and closing activities of the café.
Work effectively as part of the café team during peak hours.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and service guidelines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
