A Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. They act as a link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote pharmaceutical products.
Explain product features, benefits, dosage, indications, and side effects to healthcare specialists.
Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Organize product presentations, medical camps, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitors' products and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and report market information to management.
Maintain records of daily visits, sales, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
