Role Overview

RidenRepair is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage day-to-day operations, improve operational efficiency, drive team performance, and ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end daily operations.
Lead, manage, and motivate operations teams to achieve business targets.
Set operational KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.
Ensure smooth coordination between Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Spares, and Field Teams.
Monitor productivity, service quality, turnaround time, and operational performance.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain SOPs and ensure process compliance.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Track operational MIS, reports, and key performance metrics.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
Manage workforce planning, allocation, and productivity.
Coordinate with senior management and provide regular performance updates.




Drive cost optimization and improve overall operational efficiency.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA preferred.
5–10 years of experience in Operations/Service Operations/Business Operations.
Prior experience managing large teams will be preferred.
Experience in a startup, service, automotive, field operations, or customer-service environment is an advantage.
Strong ownership and ability to drive results independently.

A hands-on Operations Leader who can take complete ownership of operations, build a high-performing team, improve processes, and consistently deliver business and operational targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
