Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the quality of automotive components by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities
01 to 02 year Experience Must Machine Shop
Knowledge of drawing study and interpretation.
Proficient in handling measuring instruments.
Ability to identify defects.
Valuable communication skills.
Basic knowledge of iron casting processes
Experience in incoming and final inspection.
Knowledge of NC parts handling.
Ability to comply with departmental procedures.




Willingness to learn inspection processes.
Reporting to - Manufacturing Quality head

Required Skills
Knowledge of automotive component manufacturing.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
Root Cause Analysis and CAPA knowledge.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Basic knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plan.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.

Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2 auto-component manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
