Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across South Rajasthan.
Lead, motivate, and monitor Area Managers, Sales Officers, and field staff.
Ensure primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory.
Drive market penetration and increase product visibility among farmers.
Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding dues.
Maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key influencers.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, tour plans, and market reports.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and management teams for smooth business operations.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
