About the Role

Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Plan project activities, resources and timelines.
Track daily, weekly and monthly project progress.
Compare actual progress with planned schedules.
Prepare progress reports, MIS and delay reports.
Coordinate with site, execution, billing and project teams.
Track project milestones and identify delays.
Support recovery plans and timely project completion.

Candidate Profile
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




7–12 years of experience in planning for civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Experience in project scheduling, progress tracking and MIS reporting.
Valuable understanding of construction activities, BOQ and project timelines.
Solid coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
