Responsibilities:
Interacting with clients to elicit requirements
Clean, concise requirements documentation and delivery
Managing features backlog
Managing sprint completion and delivery
Business user testing

Technical Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or an MBA.
Experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful completion of complex and mid-to-large scale projects
Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
Solid critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
Ability to develop elegant user stories, use cases, and well-defined functional specifications for software solutions
Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams, towards meeting project goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent documentation skills




Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects through Agile-based SDLC
Sound understanding of the fundamental technicalities of the software development
Sound knowledge of standard features and best practices for web and mobile applications.
A keen eye for UI/UX standards
Practical understanding of and hands-on experience with design and testing for usability and user acceptance
Healthcare domain experience is a plus – Especially in US healthcare
Accustomed to using a variety of tools for documentation, collaboration and project management tasks
