Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying current sales prospects, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Coordinate with the marketing team on social media, email marketing, promotions, events, and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions,



sales activities, and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, events, and networking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable presentation and convincing abilities.
Ability to generate leads and independently manage the sales cycle.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
