Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Artist Relations Executive to manage artist sourcing, onboarding, project coordination, communication, and long-term relationships. The role involves working closely with artists and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable artists based on project requirements.
Screen artists, review portfolios, and coordinate the onboarding process.
Coordinate artist agreements, contracts, renewals, and closures.
Discuss rates, terms, deliverables, and timelines with artists.
Maintain accurate artist databases, records, and documentation.
Assign projects to artists and coordinate project requirements.
Follow up with artists to ensure timely completion and delivery.




Maintain regular communication and build robust relationships with artists.
Handle artist queries, concerns, and operational issues.
Monitor artist performance, reliability, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate changes or updates to artist agreements when required.
Escalate major commercial, contractual, or policy-related matters to management.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Positive organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple artists and projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.
Previous experience in artist management, recruitment, HR, operations, vendor management, or relationship management is preferred.

Qualification: MBA Preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
