We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience with MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.
Maintain accurate databases and ensure data quality and integrity.
Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and SQL.
Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Collaborate with different departments to understand business and reporting requirements.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
Automate repetitive reports and processes to improve efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, dashboards).




Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
Knowledge of automation tools and basic programming (Python/R) will be an added advantage.
