We’re looking for a Podcast & Digital Media Manager to join our team.

Your role will include:

Podcast Management
Identify and invite relevant guests
Coordinate with guests and manage podcast schedules
Handle end-to-end podcast coordination
Develop ideas for current episodes

Social Media Growth
Manage and grow our social media presence
Create strategies for higher reach and engagement
Repurpose podcast content into reels, shorts & posts

YouTube Growth
Manage our YouTube channel
Improve views, subscribers and engagement
Work on content strategy, titles, thumbnails & distribution
Build a long-term growth strategy for the podcast

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, creative and obsessed with growth.

Pay: ₹9,748.95 - ₹16,524.44 per month
