We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have positive communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads and identify potential customers through various channels.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.




Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
