Operations Manager – Hotel

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensure excellent guest service, and achieve operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily hotel operations and coordinate all departments.
Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high performance.
Monitor Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and other operational activities.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and operational targets.
Maintain service quality, cleanliness, safety, and hotel standards.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.




Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Positive knowledge of hotel PMS and operational procedures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-handling skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple departments.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
