Astrins Technologies is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Trainee to join our team.

This is a positive chance for a fresher interested in marketing, social media, communication and business development. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities
Handle social media posts and promotional content using basic Canva/design skills
Support digital marketing and lead generation
Communicate and follow up with customers
Maintain basic lead records
Support sales and marketing activities
Suggest current ideas to improve reach and enquiries

Requirements
Freshers are welcome
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Basic Canva knowledge is an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn and interested in growing with the company.

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000/month during the 3-month probation period, with performance-based salary revision and incentives after probation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
