Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible IPD & Discharge Billing Executive to manage inpatient billing processes, coordinate discharge procedures, and ensure accurate hospital billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process IPD patient bills accurately and timely.

Handle patient discharge billing and final settlements.

Verify patient records, treatment charges, insurance approvals, and package details.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, TPA/insurance teams, and patients for smooth discharge processing.

Maintain billing records and documentation.

Resolve billing-related queries from patients and attendants.

Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.

Generate daily billing and collection reports.

Required Skills

Knowledge of hospital billing software/HIS systems.

Understanding of IPD billing, cashless insurance, and TPA processes

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
