PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily purchase activities for the factory.
Purchase raw materials, consumables, tools, and other required items.
Find and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Collect quotations and compare prices.
Negotiate price and payment terms with suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO).
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, and Management.
Check material quantity and specifications.
Maintain purchase records and bills.
Develop valuable relationships with suppliers.
Purchase materials at the best price and as per company requirements.





Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
Experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Manufacturing will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Should be responsible and able to handle work independently.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Job Location: Balram Factory, Siliguri.

Pay: ₹10,878.29 - ₹20,000.00 per month
