Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the performance of the assigned team.
Handle daily operations and ensure achievement of team targets.
Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Conduct team huddles and provide coaching and feedback.
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process operations.
Motivate team members and maintain discipline and productivity.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a BPO Team Lead.
Mandatory experience in a BPO Sales Process.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of sales and operational processes.
Ability to manage targets and team performance.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
