Preparing salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, dressings, and other cold kitchen items.
Complete daily mise en place as instructed by the Chef.
Assist in food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cold kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Follow standard recipes, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
Assist with buffet, banquet, and other kitchen preparations when required.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper use of ingredients.
Support senior chefs during daily kitchen operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or supervisor.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
