Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in business development, preferably within healthcare or medical services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
Lead and manage the business development team to drive performance and results
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, referral partners, and corporate clients
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy




Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to align business goals
Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets
Robust negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in healthcare, medical, or service-based industries is an advantage
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership capabilities
