Role Overview

Protovec Technologies Pvt Ltd is offering a structured Business Development Trainee program for recent graduates. Trainees receive hands-on, mentored exposure to client communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the objective of transitioning into a full-time Business Development Executive role on successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
Undergo structured training across client communication, documentation, and presentation skills under the guidance of the Business Development team
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders through written correspondence, emails, and verbal communication in English and Hindi
Practice drafting professional business letters, proposals, and other written materials to company standards
Assist in managing and organizing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals,



and reports
Support the preparation of client presentations and participate in client-facing interactions under supervision
Complete assigned learning milestones and demonstrate readiness for an executive-level BD role at the end of the training period

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Solid organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business workplace

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
