We are hiring for the role of Logistic Coordinator for a blended inbound calling process. Freshers looking to start their career in logistics/customer support and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Salary: 30K CTC + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and coordination activities
Manage shipment/logistics-related queries and updates
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Maintain call records and process-related documentation
Ensure skilled communication with clients/customers

Shift & Working Details:
Rotational shifts with monthly rotations
We follow the UK bank holiday calendar
3 months probation period
During probation: 6 days working
After probation: 5.5 days working (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a blended process environment
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
