We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships, handling customer queries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, messages, and other channels.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle sales, service, deliveries, and appointments.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
Collect customer feedback and address concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Conduct customer satisfaction calls and follow up on complaints.
Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.




0–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Automobile Dealership, Sales, or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
Candidates with automobile dealership experience will be preferred.
