Job Title: General Manager :-Café & Bakery

Location :- Raipur

Job Summary :-

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café and bakery, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality food and beverage standards, profitable business performance, and effective team management. The role involves managing staff, inventory, sales, costs, and overall store performance while creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage day-to-day café and bakery operations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and health & safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise café and bakery staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and motivate employees.
- Resolve staff issues and maintain a positive work workplace.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Build customer loyalty through excellent hospitality.

Sales & Business Growth:-

- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Plan promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor daily sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing for local promotions and events.




- Manage inventory of raw materials, bakery ingredients, beverages, and supplies.
- Coordinate purchasing and vendor management.
- Reduce wastage and control food costs.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Prepare daily and monthly business reports.
- Monitor cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Control operating expenses and improve profitability.

Required Skills:-

Required Qualifications:-

- Graduated, Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in café, bakery, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Experience in team leadership and operations management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
