- Experience: 15+ years in Paper Industry Sales & Marketing.

- Lead Sales, Marketing &Business; Development to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Experience in Writing &Printing; Paper, Newsprint or Tissue Paper.
N
- Strong exposure to Government Tenders / E-Tendering, from tender identification to bidding, negotiation and order execution.
N
- Manage institutional, corporate, government, dealer and distributor channels.
N
- Develop key accounts, recent markets and strategic business relationships.
N
- Handle pricing, commercial negotiations, sales targets and collections.
N
- Lead and mentor the sales team and monitor market/competitor trends.
N
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, dispatch and finance for smooth order execution.
N
- Strong network with Government Departments, PSUs, institutional buyers and corporate clients preferred.
N
- Willingness to travel extensively.
