Role Description The General Manager Manufacturing (Med & Pharma) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations for medical and pharmaceutical products, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves leading production planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and company standards.

The General

Manager will monitor operational performance, implement operational excellence initiatives, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across facilities and partners. Day-to-day activities include reviewing production schedules, resolving operational issues,



optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with quality, regulatory, and supply chain stakeholders to support reliable, scalable output.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable output.
- Demonstrated capability in Operations Management and Operational Excellence to improve processes, performance, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage costs, allocate resources, and support strategic planning.
- Experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including familiarity with GMP and relevant regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders in complex environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to operations.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed, technology-driven organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in manufacturing or quality are an advantage.
