Position OverviewCLF Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects to lead project coordination and management from the Head Office. The role will oversee multiple Railway/Metro/Infrastructure/EPC projects and ensure effective control over project progress, cost, contracts, resources, quality, billing, and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor all ongoing projects from the Head Office.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, Billing, Procurement, Contracts, Finance and QA/QC teams across project sites.
- Review project progress against approved Baseline Schedule, Milestones and S-Curve.
- Monitor project cost, schedule, resources, productivity and overall performance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide necessary directions to site teams.
- Identify project delays, critical activities and bottlenecks and develop recovery/action plans.
- Coordinate with Railway Authorities, Consultants, PMC and other stakeholders for project-related matters.
- Monitor EPC, Item Rate and Turnkey contract compliance.
- Review contractual matters including EOT, claims, variations, additional works and project risks.
- Review monthly progress reports, MIS, DPR, billing status and project forecasts.
- Coordinate with Procurement and project sites for timely availability of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Monitor resource deployment and ensure optimum utilization across projects.
- Ensure compliance with Railway specifications, safety requirements,



quality standards and contractual conditions.
- Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams for timely submission and approval of drawings, GADs, technical documents and method statements.
- Escalate critical project issues to senior management and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Establish standardized project monitoring systems and improve coordination between Head Office and project sites.
- Support management in tendering, project planning, resource allocation and business strategy.

Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- 15–20+ years of relevant experience in Railway / Metro / Infrastructure / EPC projects.
- Proven experience in managing and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously from Head Office.
- Strong knowledge of Project Planning, Contracts, Billing, Cost Control and Project Monitoring.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, MS Excel and MIS preferred.
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
