About the Role

V. K. Lalco is hiring a hands-on, in office Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial property developments. You will lead contractors, review technical plans, manage material selection, and drive high-quality interior design executions.

The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:
Manage daily on-site operations, supervising contractors, vendors, and site labor across active sites.
Read, interpret, and implement architectural plans, technical drawings, and interior layouts.
Evaluate and advise on procurement for premium residential and commercial interior/building products.
Track project schedules, material costs, and contractor deliverables using Microsoft Excel.

The Qualifications and the Requirements of the Candidate:
Experience:



Hands-on experience in Interior Design and site execution for residential and commercial projects.
Technical: Ability to read blueprints and site plans. AutoCAD or related interior software knowledge is a robust bonus.
Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi fluency is strongly preferred for effective site labor management.
Digital Aptitude: Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with basic AI tools (e.g., automated scheduling, project tracking prompts) to boost productivity.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
