What You'll Own
Daily shipment tracking across courier partners monitor SLA breaches, fix root causes
Manage NDRs, RTOs, and delivery exceptions with data, not guesswork
Daily check-ins with warehouse and fulfillment staff no ambiguity, no surprises
Be the bridge between ops and CX when order issues arise
What We're Looking For
2 to 4 years in operations is preferred
Comfortable with Excel and shipment MIS
Solid follow-through. If you commit to something, it happens.
Noida-based or willing to relocate
