Job Purpose

Drive sales of books and digital products while delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and recommend books and related products
Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
Manage billing, POS operations, and customer follow-ups
Maintain store presentation, stock, and inventory
Support promotions, events, and memberships

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma (any discipline)
0–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience
Robust communication and customer focus
Basic computer/POS knowledge
