General Manager – Operations | Hospital
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Hospital/Healthcare Management
Experience: 6+ Years
Industry: Large Corporate / Multi-Specialty Hospital
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall hospital operations and administration.
Oversee OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, diagnostics, billing and support services.
Lead teams, manpower planning and performance management.
Ensure patient satisfaction, quality standards and NABH compliance.
Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, cost control and MIS.
Manage vendors and coordinate with clinical & non-clinical departments.
Drive process improvement and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile: Solid leadership, communication, decision-making and hospital operations management skills. Experience with a large corporate hospital is mandatory/preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
