Patient Flow & Service Management
Oversee smooth patient flow from registration to consultation, diagnostics, billing, and pharmacy.
Coordinate between OPD, diagnostics, operation theatre (OT), pharmacy, and optical departments for seamless service.
Monitor patient waiting times and resolve bottlenecks or delays promptly.
Ensure patients receive proper guidance and assistance throughout their hospital visit.

Staff Supervision & Coordination
Supervise front office executives, floor coordinators, and housekeeping staff.
Assign and monitor daily duties and ensure adherence to work schedules.
Conduct floor briefings and communicate daily targets or updates.
Support HR in managing attendance, punctuality, and discipline of staff under purview.

Operational Excellence
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and patient safety on the hospital floor.
Ensure all consultation rooms, waiting areas, and diagnostic sections are ready for operation each day.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for quick resolution of any facility issues.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards,



and infection control guidelines.

Patient Experience & Feedback
Handle patient complaints or grievances courteously and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor feedback from patients and take corrective actions.
Strive to maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily reports on patient volume, staff performance, and operational issues.
Coordinate with administration and management for continuous process improvement.
Participate in regular review meetings and implement improvement plans.
