Job Title: Customer Support Associate – KLM Delssc Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Eligibility:
Graduate fresher OR undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience
Solid communication skills, adaptability to rotational shifts

Compensation:
Fresher: ₹24,000 CTC
Experienced (≥6 months): ₹28,000 CTC

Work Schedule:
5 days working
Rotational shifts
Rotational weekly offs

Selection Procedure:

01) HR Screening Round Initial interaction to assess communication skills, background, and role fit. 02) SVAR Assessment Voice and accent evaluation; minimum qualifying score is 55. 03) Typing Test Candidates must achieve 25 WPM with 90% accuracy. 04) Operations Round Final evaluation with process leaders to confirm suitability for live operations.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
