Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manage and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify market opportunities, customer requirements and industry trends.
Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Prepare sales plans, quotations, proposals and follow up with customers.
Handle client meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with the production, purchase, accounts and operations teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor sales pipeline, pending enquiries, orders and collections.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and MIS for management.
Visit customers and project sites whenever required.
Ensure timely achievement of sales, revenue and collection targets.
