Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for insurance products.
Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and policy details to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper follow-ups and customer records.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.

Requirements
Experience in Insurance Sales / Health Insurance Sales / Telesales will be preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
