Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, institutions, organisations, and other prospective clients.
Present the organisation’s programmes and services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into successful engagements and partnerships.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects, maintain an updated sales pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure consistent movement of leads through the business development cycle.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential markets to identify prospects for expanding the organisation’s reach and developing new business avenues.

Eligibility Criteria




Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Communications, or a related field are eligible to apply.
Prior experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, partnerships, or a related role will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct market research, generate leads, manage follow-ups, maintain sales pipelines, and work towards defined targets.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
