About the Role

Surabi Windfarms Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Fresher to join our team. This is an entry-level chance for candidates who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, HR administration, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and interview coordination
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Assist with attendance and leave management
Support payroll-related HR activities
Prepare basic HR documents and reports
Coordinate with employees for HR-related requirements
Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities




Support manpower and site coordination when required

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA / PG in HR is an advantage
Freshers only
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Positive organizational and documentation skills
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Ability to work effectively with employees and teams

Bachelor's degree required

Experience

Fresher – No prior experience required

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
