KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified CS (ICSI)
Robust knowledge of Companies Act & FEMA
Experience in corporate compliance & governance
Knowledge of mergers, amalgamations, buybacks & private placements
Experience in statutory filings and corporate documentation
Solid communication & organizational skills
ROLE:
Manage company secretarial functions, regulatory compliance, corporate filings, governance, and corporate actions for a listed company.
PREFERENCE: Jamnagar-based candidates preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
