Experience : Fresher
Tasks and duties -
1.Answering patient/customer correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
Relaying extensive product information to patient/customer.
Closing reports for the company and maintain the records.
Filing patient/customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
Conducting surveys and writing reports based on patient/customer feedback on products and services.
Providing patient/customer with explicit instructions to resolve issues.
Rerouting patient/customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
Managing orders and appointments.
Job Types: Full time, Walk-In
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
