Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Deputy Manager to support day-to-day operations, coordinate with team members, and assist management in achieving organizational goals. Freshers with good communication, leadership, and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in daily operations and team coordination.
Support the team in achieving assigned targets and objectives.
Coordinate with employees and different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor team performance and provide necessary support.
Handle client/customer communication professionally.
Prepare basic reports and maintain required records.
Assist in planning and implementing operational activities.
Identify issues and communicate them to the Manager for appropriate action.
Participate in meetings, training, and team activities.




Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic leadership and team-management abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
