FITTER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Fitter to perform fitting, assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair activities for mechanical equipment, structures, and piping systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and measurements.
Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, alignment, and fitting activities.
Assemble mechanical components, machinery, pipes, valves, and structural parts.
Carry out dismantling, inspection, repair, and reassembly of equipment.
Perform equipment alignment and ensure proper fitment of components.
Assist in piping fabrication and installation activities.

Qualification:
ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.

Experience:
2–5 years of experience as a Fitter.
Experience in industrial, fabrication, piping, construction, oil & gas, or maintenance projects is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
