Project Engineer

Location - Mohali, Punjab
Job Purpose

Bridge planning and execution. Manage resources, quality systems, and short-term planning to ensure the execution team has everything they need to deliver on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

– Resource Management: Weekly labour planning and allocation across activities

– Track material availability – raise indents and monitor delivery timelines

– Equipment and machinery planning and deployment

– Flag resource constraints proactively before they block work

– Quality Systems: Implement quality checkpoints for all construction activities

– Conduct quality audits; maintain quality records and documentation

– Train site team on quality standards and construction methods

– Planning: Prepare weekly activity schedules and daily work breakdown plans

– Track progress versus plan; flag variances early to PM

– Coordinate between trades – civil, MEP, and finishing

– Billing (Verify & Consolidate):



Verify DPR/DLR from supervisors – check quantities and accuracy

– Consolidate data into weekly/monthly Excel billing summaries

– Prepare Measurement Books from verified site data

– Submit to PM with full backup documentation

-Mivan/Aluminum Formwork Required

Qualifications & Competencies

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Key Competencies: Resource Planning | Quality Systems & Auditing | Excel & MIS Reporting | AutoCAD | Scheduling & Planning | Site Coordination

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
